WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Free consultion (20-30 minutes)
It's an opportunity for you to determine if you feel at ease with the process in order for me to deliver an incredible, truly transformative and successful session. It outlines the terms of the contract, such as fees, conditions, legal elements and to answer any questions you may have.
Hypnotherapy Session: (60-120 minutes)
Sessions (in person/virtual) are booked after the consultation and are 1-2 hours in duration. We'll focus on the area of concern in one to three sessions. The appointment will begin with relaxation techniques and move into discovering the root cause. From there we will reframe the thinking mind and end with a powerful transformation.
21 day audio recording:
(15-20 minutes)
The recording will guide your subconscious mind to take in the transformation permanently.
Follow up:
(15 minutes)
I will follow up with you 24 hours after our session, 7-10 days following our session and at 21 days after our session.
